Monday– Hummus soup w/ kalamata olives and cilantro (from ’50 Simple Soups for the Slow Cooker’)

Tuesday– Kale Pie (from How to Cook Everything Vegetarian)

Wednesday– Fried Rice (Mark Bittman recipe)

Thursday– Egg Sandwiches (or something like it) with salad

Friday– Dal that we made a few weeks ago with rice

Saturday– Going on a trip to Portland, ME with Ike and Anna

Sunday– see above
