Friday– Hard cooked egg and cheese enchiladas with Mole Sauce (from ‘How to Cook Everything Vegetarian’ (a V-day present from Hank!))

SaturdayCrunchy Garlic Chicken (from ‘Jamie’s Food Revolution’)

Sunday– Swupper
